he Secondary Learning Support Teacher provides specialized support to students with diverse learning needs, ensuring access, inclusion, and success within the Secondary School program. The role involves collaborating with teachers, students, families, and support staff to develop and implement Individualized Learning Plans (ILPs), accommodations, and targeted interventions. The Learning Support Teacher monitors student progress, supports differentiated instruction, promotes inclusive classroom practices, and serves as a student advocate to help each learner achieve their academic and personal potential. The successful candidate will contribute to a collaborative, multicultural environment aligned with the IB philosophy and ISD’s commitment to inclusion and student wellbeing.
